The deals on fine art are huge at the Affordable Arts Festival on August 28 at Arapahoe Community College in Littleton. 165 artists from around the country selling their art for $100 or less despite what the original price was. Ticket proceeds help fund scholarships at the college and have raised $200,000 since inception. Only happens once a year.
