Senior Labrador retriever and pit bull terrier available for adoption at PAWS | Pets of Week – The Northwest Florida Daily News
The Panhandle Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is highlighting two dogs available for adoption.
Prue is a senior Labrador retriever who shelter staff believes is about 7 years old. A resident of the PAWS shelter since July 25, Prue is described as a dog who enjoys a “low-key lifestyle.”
PAWS is currently running its “Senior for Seniors” campaign that offers humans over age 65 with $1 adoption fees for animals like Prue who are over 6 years old.

Yves is an American pit bull terrier believed to be about 5 years old. She has lived at the PAWS shelter since March 29, and staff describe her as loyal, loving and non-destructive if left alone.
Yves is housebroken and would do best in a dog- and cat-free home. She loves car rides, belly rubs and chasing tennis balls.
