STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Just weeks ago, two dozen huskies were living in such decrepit conditions within a Tompkinsville lot that one of the puppies died, according to authorities, while others were in poor health.
Now, in the hands of the ASPCA, the dogs are getting a new chance at life.
