Phoebe, a 5-year-old female, is a beautiful cat patiently waiting for her furever home. She is mellow and likes to just relax in a cozy spot and be petted by her people. She’s very affectionate, even when she doesn’t come out and ask for it right away. Phoebe is a little nervous here at the shelter, but she doesn’t let that stop her from enjoying her time spent with nice people.
