Paleo Ridge introduces price-friendly raw dog food – Pet Food Processing

HAMPSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM — British pet food brand Paleo Ridge announced Nov. 14 the launch of its latest raw dog food line: Essentials. The line is formulated to make raw feeding more accessible to pet owners, thanks to a production update allowing cheaper manufacturing and a lower price point.
The line includes six formulas: Chicken Dinner, Lamb Dinner, Beef Dinner, Turkey Dinner, Pork Dinner and Duck Dinner. Ingredients for these diets are sourced locally in the United Kingdom. Each formula includes 20% seasonal vegetables and 80% meat, bone and offal, as well as extra virgin olive oil. The minced diets are suitable for dogs of all life stages, including puppies and seniors, according to Paleo Ridge.
The Essentials Chicken Dinner is formulated with chicken and beef; the Duck Dinner includes duck and beef; the Beef Dinner includes beef and chicken; the Lamb Dinner is formulated with lamb and chicken; the Turkey Dinner contains turkey and beef; and the Pork Dinner includes pork, duck and beef.
All formulas in the Essentials line are grain-free, hypoallergenic, high in protein, and adhere to the company’s welfare and ethical sourcing standards. Essentials joins Paleo Ridge’s existing pet food ranges, including Paleo Plus and Classic.
