My neighbour’s garden is a tip and full of DOG POO… the smell hits as soon as you open the door – it’s disg… – The Sun

A WOMAN has claimed her neighbour's garden is so full of dog poo it STINKS the minute you open the door.
Katarzyna Filipek-Grodzicka, 33, says Nicola Cheal repeatedly fails to pick up after her two labs outside her home in Boston, Lincs.
The problem got so bad the council slapped her with a £660 fine and she was ordered to pay £717 in court costs.
But Nicola's pregnant neighbour Katarzyna claims the penalties have made little difference, insisting the area outside her home still STINKS of poo.
The mum-of-three told The Sun Online: “A court case hasn’t changed a thing, the smell is still making me sick.
“The dogs’ mess is there, collecting in her garden, right next to mine, and it is vile.
“I open my front door and the pong hits you. It is horrible.
“I have asked her kindly to remove it, it is a health risk, but she has refused.”
Katarzyna's 13-year-old daughter, Mia, said she is also worried for her pregnant mum's welfare, adding: “It smells and looks so gross.
"We walk out of our front door and, whiff, it is there.
“It’s at the front, back, everywhere. Her back garden is a tip, full or rubbish and junk and with dog poo hidden all under."
When The Sun Online visited the dog owner's property piles of poo could be seen outside her front door while a stench could be smelled in the heat.
Neighbours said they rarely speak to Nicola, an ex-nurse believed to be in her late 50s, insisting she shut herself off after her partner died.

One local said: “They used to have five dogs and you would always see them out walking them but since [Nicola's partner] passed away she has become a recluse and gave up work as a nurse.”
Another nearby resident, David Coombe, added: “The aroma is awful and it's unhygienic.
"I’m surprised it’s gone on this far. It is not very nice at all."
Nicola's landlord and neighbours first complained about the smelly mess back in August 2020.
But she failed to clear it up, leading to a hearing at Boston Magistrates' Court in a case brought by Boston Borough Council.
The dog owner also failed to attend and was served with a litter abatement order the following year, for a recurrent nuisance, which was again ignored.
She was served with an abatement notice in September 2021 over accumulations of faeces in the front and rear yards of the house in Argyle Street.
And this week, she was fined £660 an ordered to pay £717 in costs.
The court heard the council had tried to work with her in her rented property but had failed to seek a resolution.
Andrew Goldsborough, prosecuting for the council, said: "She's been served a notice.
"She failed to comply. It's over a prolonged period of time.
"Neighbours have reported smells and there's been accumulations of flies. There's no reports of anyone being ill as a result of it."
Boston Borough Council has been approached for comment.
