Josie Natori, founder and CEO of international fashion house Natori, was inducted into the Accessories Council Hall of Fame this week at the annual ACE (Accessories Council Excellence) Awards in Manhattan. The gala at the Cipriani Club feted Natori and other top designers and brands, including Kurt Geiger, Vera Bradley, Veronica Beard, and J Balvin.
In accepting her award, Natori said: “I am so honored by this incredible recognition of all we have done at Natori. My goal when I started 45 years ago was to dress women from the inside out, and I am having more fun than ever as we expand and grow our business.”
Established in 1994, The Accessories Council is a not-for-profit international trade association, whose mission is to promote fashion accessory products. The 26th annual ACE Awards honored individuals and companies who have furthered the awareness and use of accessories. Past ACE Award honorees include: Alber Elbaz, Alexander Wang, Bergdorf Goodman, Betsey Johnson, Bulgari, Coach, Coco Rocha, Dakota Fanning, Debra Messing, Diane Von Furstenberg, Flo Rida, and Heidi Klum.
