Monsoon brings a lot of relief after the sweltering summer days. It’s a time for you and your pet to cuddle in together and enjoy the drizzling rain outside. But, with monsoons comes a lot of prevention and precaution to be undertaken for your pets as well.
As monsoons bring a lot of humidity and cold breeze along with them. This also increases the chance of getting an infection or flu. Thus, it is important to put some extra care on your pet.
Precautions to consider-
When it rains, let your pets have fun, but to dry them up, don’t wait for the sun.
Dogs and cats are furry animals and due to humidity in monsoons, their fur might get moist or wet. It is important to make sure that their fur is dry and that they are warm on rainy days to prevent them from cold and bacterial or fungal infections. So, make sure you use a towel to dry your pets after their walks, and use anti-fungal powders to keep possible infections at bay.
