Two people out of New Hampshire were arrested after authorities say drugs were found in a car they were in.
On Wednesday, a York County deputy spotted a vehicle driving erratically on Route 202 in Waterboro around 11:30 p.m.
According to authorities, the deputy spotted the passenger moving in a strange fashion as the car was pulling over.
Once pulled over, another deputy arrived on the scene with his K-9, Rebel, to perform a sniff test. The dog alerted deputies to the odor of illegal narcotics inside.
Officials say they found around 25 grams of methamphetamine and 22 grams of fentanyl.
The driver, 32-year-old Brandon Corliss, was arrested for OUI related to alcohol and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs. His passenger, Danielle Lemay, 39, also faces a charge of aggravated trafficking.
Both are in custody in York County.
