Bee Hygge offers handcrafted quilts that automatically make your house more homey. Owner Linda Caplinger has an eclectic aesthetic when it comes to her signature quilts.
“I have a personal attraction to the moon and mountains,” she says. “Everything about it is serene. So, I brought both of those into my pattern.”
Caplinger’s devotion to ambience is evident throughout her website, where she sells products such as mugs, candles and pillows in addition to her quality quilts. Quilt care and customizations are built into the heart of this brand. Caplinger calls custom orders a “labor of love.” You can find Bee Hygge online, at pop-up events and in select stores listed on their website.

Cristin Greenlee, owner and creator behind Cristin Rae Knits, has created a one-stop shop for an assortment of scarves, shawls and hats all made with love.
Although Cristin Rae Knits announced the closing of their storefront in early 2022, Greenlee says business has not slowed down — products sold primarily online, wholesale to small shops around the U.S. and occasionally appears at local fairs.
In addition to physical product, Cristin Rae Knits offers a 45-minute video tutorial that teaches customers how to make their own knit blankets. Greenlee says the video was originally an in-person class, but the pandemic has led to a great online avenue for her business.
Customer Cindy Dotlich wrote in a review, “I just finished making my first chunky blanket … definitely worth it.”
