DOG DAYS OF SUMMER — Three-year-old Margo Daniel hugged Clyde, a piebald Dachshund, as she and her brother, 6-year-old McCoy, corralled the 5-year-old hound during the Obion County Fair’s pet show Saturday morning at the fairgrounds’ Whitney Cozart Pavilion. The dog, which belongs to their aunt, received a first-place ribbon in its class. They are the children of Ali and Travis Daniel of Rives. The annual pet show drew a wide variety of animals, ranging from dogs and cats to chickens, lizards and snakes.
