A new riverside pet expo is expected to provide the pawfect day out for pet owners.
A Dog’s Life: Pet Expo will be held at Gympie Terrace at Noosaville on Saturday, July 30.
It’s been dubbed a ‘must do’ event for dog lovers and it’s attracted pet-related stallholders from Hervey Bay to the Gold Coast.
Pet owners will be able to find everything they need to keep their furry friends happy and healthy, including nutrition advice, grooming advice, training tips, treats, doggy portraits, accessories and more.
There will also be prizes for the ‘Best Dressed Pooch’, judged by local fashionista Carlie Wacker.
“This will be the canine fashion event of the year,” she said.

Ms Wacker will judge dogs on attention to deTAIL, PAWfect posture, dogs who take the LEAD in fur-kid fashion, DOGgone cuteness, and PAWsonality.
Entries will be in the running to win a prize valued at $1000.
Doggy social media influencers will be at the event, while the PUParazzi will be on hand to snap owners and their pets.
Attendees will be able to listen to educational guest speakers and panel discussions and watch working dogs demonstrate their skills in the showcase arena.
They can also let their pooch play in the doggie play zone and participate in ‘Doggy Picasso’.
