ORLANDO, FLA. — Solid Gold Pet has partnered with the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando to donate pet food to pets in need. The company will donate more than 300 bags of its pet food.
“We’ve had a long-standing relationship with Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, and we continue to be committed to improving the lives of pets and pet parents in our local community,” said Steve Ball, chief executive officer of North America at H&H Group, parent company of Solid Gold. “As a pet parent, I understand the bond between a pet and its family and the lengths we will go to make them happy and healthy. Pet Alliance is a fantastic resource for those at all stages of pet parenting and we are excited to continue to partner with them to feed thousands of local pets.”
Founded in 1937 as the Orlando Humane Society, the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando provides charitable services to dogs and cats, including sheltering, housing placements, education and more. The alliance’s donation program offers free pet food to pet parents experiencing financial hardships.
